These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldPen Academy mobile application and related learning services (the "App"), operated by GoldPen Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own learning. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our written permission.
All content in the App — including courses, lessons, videos, documents, and community posts by our team — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
Community areas are provided so members can learn together. When participating, you agree to:

The App and its content are owned by GoldPen Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
You retain ownership of content you post in community areas. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App so the community features can function.
You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or without errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldPen Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
